Kendall, Brill & Klieger is a Los Angeles-based litigation boutique founded in 2009 by Richard Kendall, Laura Brill, and Robert Klieger. Bert Deixler and Phil Kelly joined us as partners in 2011.
We have broad experience in handling cases at trial, in numerous state and federal courts of appeals, and before the United States Supreme Court. KBK attorneys have successfully advised on and litigated high-stakes issues involving media, entertainment, and intellectual property, commercial disputes, appellate and constitutional law, professional liability, technology disputes, employment, banking, and foreign sovereign immunity.
Our clients include major entertainment, media and high-tech companies and individuals. KBK has advised and represented Viacom, Paramount Pictures, Electronic Arts, CBS Entertainment, CBS Outdoor, Showtime, MTV, Black Entertainment Television, and Clear Channel Outdoor.
KBK fosters a culture that is collaborative, creative, and client focused. Our success depends upon the talent of our attorneys, both in their mastery of client advocacy and in setting modern standards of professional excellence and efficiency. Firm-wide values include participatory governance, public service, pro bono work, and meaningful work and career development for attorneys who join us. We value talented lawyers and foster openness and diversity at all levels.
