Mr. Simon has litigated on behalf of leading motion picture studios and television networks, including Viacom Inc., MTV Networks and the Walt Disney Company, and on behalf of the nation’s largest outdoor advertisers, Clear Channel Outdoor and CBS Outdoor. In addition to civil litigation matters, Mr. Simon has participated in a number of appellate matters in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States and California Supreme Courts.
Prior to joining Kendall Brill & Klieger, Mr. Simon was an associate at Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. Mr. Simon received his J.D. from UCLA Law School in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Simon served as an editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Mr. Simon spent a semester during his final year in law school as an extern at the Brennan Center for Justice in New York.
