He has represented major motion picture studios, television networks, production and distribution companies as well as individuals in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts. He also has significant experience with complex, class action, multidistrict, and appellate litigation.
Mr. Rodin attended Stanford Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Stanford Law Review. He clerked for the Hon. David S. Tatel on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He then served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General, United States Department of Justice. Before law school, Mr. Rodin earned an M.B.A. from the University of London as a Fulbright Scholar.
