Gabriel Miller is an attorney at Kendall Brill & Klieger LLP.
Mr. Miller’s practice focuses on entertainment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation and appellate matters.

Mr. Miller has represented several leading motion picture studios and television networks, including Paramount Home Entertainment Inc., NBC Universal, and MTV Networks, as well as several insurance and reinsurance companies, financial institutions, and real estate development companies, including Travelers Indemnity Co., Washington Mutual, Inc., SCOR SE, Gray Development Group, The Blackstone Group, Inc., and Wyndham International, Inc. Mr. Miller also has participated in a number of matters before the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, the federal courts of appeal for the Second Circuit and Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Kendall Brill & Klieger, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk to the Hon. Dorothy W. Nelson, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, after which he worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Los Angeles. Mr. Miller received his LL.M. in International Business Law from the London School of Economics, and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Miller served as an extern for Hon. Harold Baer, Jr., District Judge, Southern District of New York, and Hon. Ancer L. Haggerty, Chief Judge, District of Oregon. He also served as a teaching fellow in constitutional law and a research assistant in criminal law.
