Nicholas Daum is an attorney at Kendall Brill & Klieger LLP.
Mr. Daum’s practice focuses on commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property litigation, including business disputes of all kinds, unfair competition and false advertising claims, and appellate matters.

Mr. Daum has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout California and the nation. Recently, Mr. Daum helped to obtain successful results for his clients in an accounting scandal with estimated damages at over $100 million, a multi-million dollar tortious interference with contract claim involving the gaming industry, and groundbreaking litigation involving the venture capital industry. Mr. Daum has represented a range of clients in business disputes, from individuals to small and mid-size companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Daum has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from briefing and arguing dispositive motions to trial and appeals.

Prior to joining Kendall Brill & Klieger in 2009, Mr. Daum served as a law clerk to the Hon. Raymond C. Fisher, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as an associate at Susman Godfrey, L.L.P. Mr. Daum received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a Cover Fellow.
