As a key member of KBK’s skilled legal team, Priya D. Srinivasan has experience representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. Ms. Srinivasan has worked across industries, including technology, consumer goods, transportation, and telecommunications. Her practice spans all stages of litigation.

Ms. Srinivasan maintains an active pro bono practice, including past work representing asylum applicants, as well as a death row inmate seeking habeas relief.

Commercial Litigation

  • Took and served as second chair in depositions, wrote motions, and managed discovery while representing an antitrust plaintiff.
  • Counseled multinational technology companies on global litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment with respect to data protection, privacy, speech, consumer protection, and commercial disputes.
  • Assisted with trial preparation in consolidated employment cases, including by writing motions in limine and trial briefs and by preparing jury instructions, witness lists, and exhibits.
  • Developed case strategy, wrote dispositive briefs, and conducted party interviews as lead associate in several matters.

Pro Bono
