Pro Bono Litigation

While in law school, Ms. Palmer worked with a team of attorneys representing a group of indigent clients in an action against a trailer-park slumlord.

Prior to Kendall Brill Klieger

Ms. Palmer spent two years serving as a judicial law clerk in the Central District of California. In that capacity, Ms. Palmer wrote bench memoranda and draft orders on various subjects including business torts, copyright and trademark, false advertising, class actions, breach-of-contract, and constitutional claims. Ms. Palmer also assisted with trials by drafting jury instructions, researching evidentiary issues, and writing draft orders for motions in limine.
